Koru Karelia's online store is open again. In the online store you will find the wonderful Karelian-inspired wooden jewelry from the Karelia collection. Colorful versions can be found in the Karelia SPLÄSH! collection. You can also inquire about jewelry by email or phone, or come say hello at events that are announced on Koru Karelia's Instagram and Facebook.
Koru Karelia´s jewelry is strongly inspired by ancient traditional forms used in handicrafts - new patterns and colors elevate the designs of Karelian embroidery. All jewelry is hand-painted. There are two collections in the online store. The jewelry from the Karelia collection can be found in the online store in the colors red, black and white. Karelia SPLÄSH! is a collection where colors are splashing and products are made in only a few pieces.
Story
Karelian ladies give their names to traditional, yet modern and renewed patterns and jewelry designs. The jewelry looks great on you - the products are designed for all ages, and the age-old tradition of the design language combined with modern design is suitable for the whole world. Take a look at the online store and fall in love with the colors - or black. In the Koru Karelia selection, subdued colors meet sparkling neon colors, making the theme of traditional crafts flourish. The selection includes jewelry for everyday life as well as for celebrations. The jewelry is drawn, designed and made in a workshop in the middle of the forests and fields of North Karelia. Koru Karelia operates in the Joensuu countryside in Hammaslahti, in the same premises as Uurnia Oy. The entrepreneur is also one and the same. We keep our doors open by agreement.
