Welcome to Koru Karelia's online store. The maintenance and terms of use of this website comply with Finnish law. Products have a 14-day right of return. Products have a 1-month warranty.
Terms of delivery
The order or contact request will be processed within 1-3 working days.
The shipping time is usually 1-4 working days.
The shipping cost is automatically added to the order in the online store. The shipping charge is charged to the customer for all orders.
We send orders by post either as a letter or as a postal package with a tracking number. The order can be picked up within approximately 1-4 days. The shipment will be kept at the post office for a maximum of 7 days. We also deliver products to post office parcel machines. The package will be kept in the machine for 7 days from its arrival. The arrival notification and the parcel machine code will be sent by text message.
The customer's identity will be checked upon delivery of the product. If the product is picked up by someone other than the customer who ordered the product, the pick-up person must have a power of attorney.
The products are delivered to Finland, Åland, the EU area and non-EU areas with country-specific freight and customs charges.
Terms of payment
At events, you can pay for your purchases with bank cards, Mobilepay or Klarna Instore payment.
The payment method in the online store is Klarna CheckOut.
We offer the Klarna Checkout service, where you can choose between invoice, installment, card or direct payment as payment methods. By providing information at checkout, you accept Klarna's terms and conditions. By ordering from our store, you accept Koru Karelia's terms and conditions. Klarna Checkout displays certain information immediately after identification. The information you provide for identification varies depending on the purchase and the customer. A credit check is never performed directly in Klarna Checkout, but as needed depending on the payment method. Once identification has been completed, Klarna Checkout displays the payment methods available. We prefer card payment, but you are of course free to choose another method, such as invoice or installment payment. If you wish, you can protect the use of Klarna Checkout with a PIN code. Klarna sends all payment-related information and messages.

Card payment
Through Klarna Checkout, you can safely complete your purchase regardless of whether you pay by credit card, online banking, installment payment or invoice.
Payment by invoice
Klarna will send a link to the invoice in a separate email after the purchase. Paying with a Klarna invoice is safe and easy. The invoice must be paid within 30 days of the invoice date. If payment is not made, an additional EUR 5 will be charged for the payment reminder and late payment interest according to the Finnish Interest Act. A credit check will be performed at the time of payment, in which case credit information may be requested. You will then receive a copy of the credit information by mail. Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable legislation. When the payment method is an invoice, Klarna will perform a standard credit check in connection with the order. If Klarna does not approve your credit application, you will not receive credit and you will be advised to choose another payment method. Klarna uses personal data to perform customer analysis, identify the person, perform credit checks and for marketing. When contacting Klarna, your personal identification number is used as the customer number. The product has a 14-day return policy, at which time Klarna will refund your payment.
